Galaxy Watch3's annoying exercise assistant.

Dear all,
For those whom worked out with their Galaxy Watches, probably y'all should know the assistant that says, how many reps have you done, take a break for a minute, blah blah.
But for my case, I don't know where's the setting to turn this assistant off as while I've connected my Galaxy Buds Series to my Galaxy Watch, the music would paused and paused just to let me know how many reps or have to take a break or what. Is this a standard setting that must be on or is there anyway that it could switched off?

Hey, u shouldn't select the Running Coach. Go for the normal Running. Then u can select in the settings if u wish to set a target for distance or time period and also, if u want audio guide. For me, I have enabled target distance and audio guide. So every 1 km, the Assistant will read out my pace, my current distance and heart rate. For me, I connect my Airpods to my Watch, so I will hear the audio from my Airpods.20220707_223347_47303_1657204430.jpg

No, that's not for my Running whatever thing on my Galaxy Watch3. It's the Planks, Squats, Pushups and burpees that I'm using, and has those assistant thing that's saying I'm taking a break or I've done 5 reps.

Like on mine it keeps saying get ready into position to start workout and all that. Same goes for my Watch4 Classic which I managed to switch that off a few months ago but for this TiZen OS Galaxy Watch couldn't or don't know how to switch off the sound assistant.20220707_224404_44807_1657205044.jpg

Oh ya.. I totally forgot.. Watch 3 is using Tizen OS...

But now I can't verify on Active 2. The LCD can no longer be visible. But the motherboard is still operational.
