WearablesI recently had my Galaxy Watch 5 returned and diagnosed for Water Damage to where I bought it from since it is still under warranty.
They diagnosed the watch in under an hour and came to the conclusion that I need parts which when quoted to me is that it almost cost as much as the watch itself.
What they "found":
1. LCD damage
2. Motherboard damage
3. Sensor damage
4. Back cover damage
5. Other components
Why didn't they dry the components first and test to isolate what was wrong? How can they come to that conclusion?
FYI, I rejected their service request for those parts and received my watch AND it is STILL WET inside.
Please enlighten us on your diagnosis and parts quoting process.
P.S. I haven't even dropped it once and I only wore it once in swimming in a pool before it began showing symptoms.

WearablesThanks! I got my watch working when I dried it. It seems the only thing not working is the ECG sensor.
