@1CYCLONE21, thank for reaching your concern, you should try cleaning your buds earpiece with cotton buds, possible the sound is blocking by earwax or dust, in addition try to perform diagnostic using wearable apps. I hope this will lessen your worry. Keep safe.

Nope, I haven't damaged it. One day, when I used it, the left buds suddenly have a low volume.

Hello 1CYCLONE21,

Thanks for letting us know your experience with your Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 having issues with low volume. Before we jump to conclusion that it needs repair, can we try troubleshooting it?

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software and its related apps (Wearable) are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

Enabling Media Volume Sync

Step 1. From the Home Screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Connections.

Step 4. Tap Bluetooth.

Step 5. Tap the 3 dots for more options.

Step 6. Tap Advanced.

Step 7. Tap Media Volume Sync to enable.

The volume can be controlled with the touchpad on Galaxy Buds after setting the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature.

Controlling the Volume Using Touchpad.

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Open the Samsung folder.

Step 3. Tap the Galaxy Wearable ap.

Step 4. Tap Touchpad.

Step 5. Tap Left or Right under Touch and hold the touchpad.

Step 6. Select Volume down or Volume up.

If that doesn't solve the issue, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

I made time to visit the Samsung Customer Service in SM North, hoping that the problem with my Buds 2 could be fixed. All they did was brush my Buds 2 to clean them up, and if the problem persisted, then the Buds with the issue would be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement for my left Buds cost as much as a brand new pair of Buds. Don't waste your efforts and time to go to their customer service center. It's just very disappointing.
