Galaxy Watch 4 raise to wake feature not working while riding or being active after the latest update GWB1

It's happening if im not tracking my excercise. For example, i just ride my bike going somewhere and didn't track the activity. While riding and trying to check the time the raise to wake was not working, only will work again if i stopped.

Step 5. Press the toggle beside Raise wrist to wake.
