Reply to a chat in Messenger using Watch 7

Ever since I got my Galaxy watch 7, I noticed I could see new chat messages on Facebook Messenger but I can not reply in it. 

My Watch, FB Messenger, and System are all updated up to this day. 

What could be wrong?

Nope. Not even when following ″turning on call & text on other device from phone″

What else do I have to do?

My watch 6 had the same issue last year, I believe. I scoured the internet for answers until I read from a reddit post that the solution one user did was to uninstall messenger & reinstall an older version of it & the watch was able to reply to messenger chat again. It worked for me too.

I came from Reddit and did that advice as well. Followed the same specific APK that I needed to download but my S23U just won't run the APK :(

Why? It worked on my s23u. I also toggled off auto update for messenger coz that's what the reddit user suggested.

FYI it looks like recent updates from messenger and the watch 7 fixed this issue. I tried replying on messenger thru my watch and was surprised it fully went through and its been like this around april when they also released the One UI 7.
