Samsung Buds 2 have a lot of Voice issues when connect to Windows 10 Specially Microsoft teams

I am using the Galaxy Buds 2 on a laptop with Windows 10. and im Facing alot of issues Specially when trying to do a calls on Microsoft Teams, like the voice is disconnecting, and after while i can not hear anything  
i have the Buds1 and it is ok , why when i got the new version Buds 2 i had all of this Voice and connectivity issues?

Please check the BT version of your laptop.

It is possible the BT version is the same or close to the BT version of the Buds 1 in contrast to the Buds 2.
