Samsung buds 2 pro is one of the best buds , but i can't utilise them at fullest because i don't have a Samsung phone. It is really bad because I paid 100% of the price plus an extra for insurance purposes and i can't use the 24 bit audio ( ssc ) , and i don't get 100% of the product capabilities. You must give the users a way to use the hi-fi ssc even without a Samsung smartphone ( even a paid codec, even if it's not super ok because we pay to buy premium buds for premium quality).
As a gamer i love premium music quality, but i have the buds 2 Pro with Asus Rog Phone 7 ( witch has your screen) and I can't have 24 bits audio!! Even if without it the sound is really great, you really shouldn't give half baked products that only work at their fullest with Samsung smartphones
Thanks for your feedback! I get why it can be kinda frustrating to not unlock all the features your Galaxy Buds2 Pro. But from the beginning, the Buds2 Pro was designed to work alongside the Galaxy S / Z series, so some features may be inaccessible.
However, I'd like to check first - do you have the Galaxy Wearable app installed, or are you connecting the Buds2 Pro directly via Bluetooth?
