Samsung watchtower ultra LTE for digi/celcom

I went to digi store tey to apply Airsim for this watch, but service agent says currently their network only support Apple watch?

I don't even get any place to key in NRIC.  It's just show error with error code 4001

I have exactly the same encounter that really disappointing. 

They claim the remarks shows only for compatible model.  

So the latest watch ultra isn't compatiable?

Ok I went to the same store, met another service representative, I successful activate airsim, u need to personally visit the store to activate, can't do online.
