Samsung watchtower ultra LTE for digi/celcom

I went to digi store tey to apply Airsim for this watch, but service agent says currently their network only support Apple watch?

Which telco are you using? And what is the plan value? I'm using the CelcomDigi One Ultra plan. I think that affects eligibility too
