Hi!! This feature is subject to local health authorities approval, hence it will take some time before Samsung can roll out in the health monitor app! (Like the ECG situation previously)
I know it may feel as if they're misleading with the marketing, but the capability is in fact, there. So stay patient and hopefully we get good news from our local regulators for approval!
