SmartTag not able to re-register after phone reset

Hi,

I just did a factory reset on my Galaxy A53. Tried to connect my SmarTags, to my Smart Things app, but it failed. 

So I reset my tags. And now, when I try to add them again, it says it's registered under another user. I'm obviously that other user.

It tells me that the user needs to remove the tags from his Smart Things. Those tags are not available in my Smart Things app anymore, or in my Samsung account online. 

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
