Update my active 2 watch to tizen 5.5

I can't update my active 2 watch to tizen 5.5 , currently my version is 4.0.0.7, when I go to watch software update and check , it shows that my device is up to date. And the version is Malaysian version. So is the update haven't arrived yet to Malaysia?

side note. how's the watch? tempted to get 1 but worry it will be underutilized. how's it different from other cheaper watchers?
