Using Strava with my Samsung Galaxy Watch has been a game-changer for my running routine. The Galaxy Watch integrates seamlessly with Strava, allowing me to track my runs with incredible accuracy and detail.

One of the best features is the real-time GPS tracking. It's so reassuring to know that every step I take is being accurately recorded, from my pace to the distance covered. The watch syncs effortlessly with the Strava app on my phone, so I can easily review my run stats and performance metrics right after I finish my workout.

Another thing I love is the heart rate monitoring. The Galaxy Watch continuously monitors my heart rate throughout the run, giving me insights into my effort levels and helping me adjust my pace accordingly. This data is crucial for optimizing my training and ensuring I'm pushing myself in the right way.

And let's not forget about the Strava community. It's motivating to see friends' activities, give and receive kudos, and even join challenges to keep pushing my limits. The Galaxy Watch makes it easy to stay connected to this vibrant community right from my wrist.

Overall, using the Strava app with my Samsung Galaxy Watch has enhanced my running experience significantly. It's not just about tracking runs; it's about getting detailed insights, staying motivated, and improving with every stride.

*Syncing Strava and Samsung Health:
1. Open the Samsung Health app on your phone.
2. Tap the three-dot menu button in the top-right corner, and select Settings > Services > toggle on Strava.
3. Log in to Strava and tap Authorize.
4. Strava should now be synced with Samsung Health.

Strava is atrocious on my Galaxy Watch 4. It looses partial or entire activities all the time. Seems to happen more when a notification comes in during my run and Strava is moved to the background. Tracks time and distance but loses GPS tracking entirely
