Watch 4 unable to connect to Google Account

Just gotten back my Watch earlier. But now, it's unable to connect to Google account.

When I got it, it was alr factory reset.

Wah.. my 3rd time resetting.. and still, couldn't connect to Google account. Samsung Watches really **bleep**..
