갤럭시 S1. Samsung Health App not working. The error I'm getting is "Can't Open App". Try again. If the problem keeps happening, contact Customer Support.
2. Secure Folder is also not working getting the error "If this keeps happening contact Customer Service".
3. I'm not able to check for software updates error I'm getting is " Connecting to Server Registration Failed".
I'm having this problem since I bought the phone and I sent my device to mail-in service center 2 times in USA and they couldn't able to fix the issue. Service Center technician don't know how to perform "IMEI Reprocessing". My device is under warranty and I have Samsung Care + and they refused to accommodating me and asking me to pay money for replacement. My S23 Ultra is 2 months old and since 1 month my phone is with service center. It's been almost a month and I have no resolution. Really had a worst painful experience with Samsung USA.
How can I perform backup and restore solution if there is an update regarding this ?
Appreciate any help!!

갤럭시 SSamsung in the United States, like Samsung in Korea, is also less capable of answering questions that can be solved.

갤럭시 SI hope so, that I get answer about this issue or get it fixed. Otherwise, I have to use this defective device as this is my first and last time buying Samsung. Horrible, Unskilled and Painful customer service

갤럭시 SI have already sent the error logs through Members App on 23rd March 2023 but didn't get any reply regarding this issue.
