Hi Samsung Members! I recently purchased an A71 and I'm back to using Android after 2 years. This comes with a freebie because of the Blue Month Sale right? But I was having a hard time redeeming it online (the website was crashing). With the pandemic, customer service of companies are in shambles (which is really sad)... but I was pleasantly surprised with Samsung's efficient service (kudos to you Adonis)! If you're having this problem too try to reach them via live chat, I hope it helps. Anyway, I just wanted to share this because I think its nice to give credit where credit is due. Cheers!
