If an error comes up, exit the screen where you're uploading and save it as draft. Then load the draft and post it. It should work after that.

Sorry, you've probably already been told this in the last month... it is still happening in late August. So my bandaid solution was to save as a draft, go out and back in again to post. It gives you the option of loading up the draft then you post it as normal. Its a glitch that should be fixed soon. I imagine. 🩹
