Usually, it is pretty quick. The last time I sent one, I had a reply within a week, I think, I can't remember exactly. I was kinda shocked cause I thought it would just go unnoticed.
It depends. I've asked a question about 3 or 4 times. Some of them got replied on quickly, and one of them, a Bixby problem, took about 8 whole days to get back to me. No blame, they also had to hire their research team to find out the solution, so that makes sense
