Hello!! Im a samsung user here since 2015. Well, bata pa ako non, and now may work na ko. Im using Samsung Galaxy A50, i bought this last April 2019 pa. Actually, defective tong unit na to 3days simula nung binili ko. Ayaw gumana nang charger ko kung hindi ididiin ang pagsalpak nito. Lumapit ako sa service center syempre para masolusyunan, kung ano ba talaga problem ng unit. Charging pin ang problem, sabi nila gagawin nila pero tatanggalin lahat nang files ko. Ehh, syempre ginagamit ko sa work to. Matatagalan pa bago bumalik. Binaliwala ko nalang, kasi nagagamit ko naman siya. Maayos kausap yung mga agent ni Samsung. Di ko din sinisi yung agent na nagbenta sakin kasi, hindi naman nila kasalanan yun. Madami lang kasi ako nabasa o nakita na nirereklamo nila sa tindahan o agent na nagassist sa kanila. Pag may mga ganyang problem ang unit  ilapit natin sa service center. Kasi, ako bilang user ng samsung, natulungan nila ako.. Goodvibes lang tayo! Skl. ♥️♥️

In your case, we highly suggest to bring the unit immediately to the service center for repair/replacement since you've discovered the problem less than a week after you bought it. It may affect your device's performance in the long run and should the warranty be expired and the problem got worse, you'll be spending more money and even regret it more.
