Hi guys, I accidentally uninstalled samsung members before, and I just got it back installed now. The thing is I see posts about samsung members getting discounts, but when I opened mine, there were no benefits found. Do you guys know how this works? Is there a specific level to reach?

I believe you don't need a specific level for the benefits to be unlocked. It's just there already upon launching Samsung Members. Did you buy your device here in the Philippines?

It must be a server-side issue then. Some devices are experiencing this too, and the benefits tab isn't showing for them, even for a device just newly bought.

Since it's a server-side one, then it's up to Samsung to fix it.

Try clearing your cache. Hopefully that will bring back the content of your "Benefits" tab. 😊

Hi there member😊 you can enjoy the benefit as soon as you become a member. Just try refreshing the app by clearing the cache or try re.installing it. Enjoy❤️
