Issue with post?

I keep trying to post this sketch page with memes that I drew, but for some reason it keeps getting reported, can anyone help me or 

explain why this may be?

The smaller drawing between two bigger ones looks like he's giving a royal finger? But other than that I can't see anything wrong with it at all and in fact I don't even think that theres anything wrong with any part of your drawing tbh, as the one where I pointed out can be interpreted as multiple different things
