Asurion - Trade in Email emails

Hi there,

I downloaded the Samsung trade in app on my iPhone earlier this year and wanted to see how much I would get for my phone. I never at all proceeded with the trade in request and yet I keep getting emails from Asurion threatening that I will charged for a phone that I never purchased and telling me that I have 3 days to send in my iPhone! Is this a joke? I have emailed the Asurion trade up email address and it keeps getting bounced. Can someone please help me as I have NOT confirmed a trade in nor have I purchased or own a Samsung device.

I have emailed your members.au@samsung.com email and attached the emails that I keep receiving but can someone urgently take a look a this and confirm why I am receiving these emails and confirm that I will NOT be charged for something I do not have or did not agree to.
