As usual, it depends. How does your pump connect? Is it via Bluetooth, WiFi or do you cable connect and download? Without knowing your pumps needs it is hard to say.

Usually my dexcom g6 (currently but hoping for Australia the dexcom g7 becomes available soon) connects via Bluetooth/wifi or NFC via the dexcom app and I start the omnipod dash(Omnipod dash is a pod style insulin pump that runs via Bluetooth connection to a pdm aka personal diabetes manager a phone repurposed for the insulin pump can run via cord to be synced with the glooko app)
in a few days and it will connect via sync to the glooko app I'm hoping that more samsung devices will become available

You should push for watch connectivity or at least I hope they have notifications enabled so you can operate it from a watch

Will certainly try for watch connectivity essentially for the decom g7 that is going to be released in Australia sometime this month and would love to see an app on android for the omnipod dash as I know one already exits for the Omnipod 5. Although I do hope for some inclusivty for those with disabilities for example, low vision or blindness having use of audio apps especially in the Diabetes space 🙂 or other things too
