Hi, as of yesterday my bluetooth wont connect with my ueboom speaker. It shows up but just wont connect. I have restarted ph and ue and tried to pairing again - no joy
Hi @ChoiKwangDo, I would suggest first checking that your Bluetooth is up to date on your phone. You can also try these steps to see if it helps:
- Clearing data from Bluetooth in the phone's settings: to do this, open Settings > Apps > ⋮ > toggle on Show system apps and tap Okay > Bluetooth > Storage > tap clear cache and clear data.
- Reset your network settings: to do this, open Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS. Please note that doing these steps will reset all connections, so you will need to re-pair your devices.
