Can't receive messages from certain contacts

Questions again.. I am able to receive messages from certain contacts, but not from others... like the bank to receive automatic codes to validate credentials to open online apps. Any thoughts?

Hmmmm that's odd. Maybe check your junk folder and see if they're turning up there. Otherwise, can you go to a mobile phone store and ask a techie to check it out? They have some really savvy people working for them. It might also be something to do with your settings, and check they have the right number for you.

As suggested it can be about the antispam. Are you able to browse the webmail of your mailbox?

Hi @Kikki33, what messaging app do you use? Do you have Caller ID and spam protection on? Perhaps this is filtering out some of your messages. To check if it is on, you can go to the Phone app > ⋮ > Settings > toggle off Caller ID and spam protection.
