Hi @Simma, could you confirm which phone you have and whether you have NFC enabled in the settings?

Hey Simma, thanks for confirming. This model would have NFC capabilities and is able to use SamsungPay, GooglePay, or your banks payments option (if available in their app). 

Please go to quick settings and ensure your NFC is enabled:

Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payments > Toggle on.
