Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has successfully cancelled an online exclusive order? My order has been waiting for approval for over 2 months and I have tried cancelling the order but have not received any response from Samsung. 

I also went through the trade up program and my credit card has been charged the security amount >$400 each for 2 phones which is outstanding and accruing interest. This is absolutely outrageous. 

Any help getting it cancelled and getting my money back would be greatly appreciated!

I emailed a community rep and never received a reply.

If you're not getting a response it might be time to start thinking about a charge back.
