Disappearing Rewards Points?

Has anyone experienced an issue with your Samsung rewards points disappearing?

I had an item that I wanted to buy, clicked on use rewards points but didn't follow through with the purchase but coming back a month later to find that the points are gone.

Anyone have had any similar experiences? 

If so how did you resolve it?
