Just pre-ordered TWO Samsung S26 Ultras and both have moisture/condensation trapped inside the camera lenses on Day 2. 📸💨

For an IP68-rated flagship, this is unacceptable. Is anyone else in Australia seeing this "foggy lens" issue? @SamsungAU, I’ve already reached out for a replacement—hoping for a quick resolution as these are brand new!

Have you reported this to Samsung customer support?

In the meantime, use a hairdryer (from a distance) to get rid of the moisture

They asked me to bring the phone for repair/assessment, but it's a two-day-old phone, and particularly two phones are having the same issue. However, it only occurs when keeping it on a phone holder in the car's AC vent with the aircon on.

I reckon that's were the moisture is coming from. I thought camera lenses were like that upon opening the box.

Hi @NareshNandhu,

In some cases, fogging can occur when there is a rapid temperature change between the internal and external environment of the device. If your phone is placed in front of an air-conditioning vent, the sudden temperature difference may cause temporary condensation to form in the camera area.

We recommend avoiding direct exposure to the car's air-conditioning vent if possible. You could also allow your device to sit at room temperature and dry naturally before using your camera to allow condensation to clear.

If fogging continues after trying the above, then I'd recommend visiting the your nearest Authorised Service Centre.

Thanks for the reply. What's bothering me is I've used other Samsung and different phones and never faced this issue before.
