November security patch
I updated to the November security patch a few days ago and I swear my phone feels faster, has anyone else noticed this?

What made you buy a Korean domestic phone rather than an Australian model?

ehh, I didn't go out of my way to buy a Korean variant, I just bought my phone online from a (presumably) Korean guy.

Nice.
At least you get updates faster. 😁

Can you use Samsung Pay or are you limited to Google Pay?

I'm limited to using Google Pay, Samsung Pay requires me to insert a Korean SIM card to register a card.

It kinda **bleep** that I'm not able to use Samsung Pay but faster updates definitely make up for it!

Hi @Jaxkea, that's strange. Is your device damaged, or has it been dropped recently?

In some cases, I have seen physical damage result in the internal parts becoming loose and affecting device performance.

Additionally, your device may experience some lag if the internal storage, or RAM are full.

If none of these apply to you, please try some of the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Settings > Device Care > Memory > Clean up now.

2. Settings > Device care > Storage > Clear cache

3. Close background apps.

If these do not work, I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Hiya..
No it hasn't been dropped.. I had to send my phone away as it wouldn't turn on. My provider in Australia sent me a refurbished phone, as I am still under warranty. I have had this phone about 2 weeks!
I have short videos of where it glitches.. it just did it as I am typing this reply. I have pretty much done everything bar a reset. I have sent a error report off yesterday or the day before..
I have cancer so I am waiting to get some energy before I go to my providers store

Thanks for the additional information and I am sorry to hear the issue has continued. I've reached out to our error reports team to let them know of your case, they will be in touch after looking into your error report.
