Hi everyone, 
As you know, I am deeply disappointed with Samsung because they're literally leaving my Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra WiFi and Galaxy Watch 4 behind on security patches.

Unfortunately this situation won't be resolved and their promise to give 5 years security patches is appealing and they're not really honest with it at all. 

I am not here to criticise Samsung, I just want to express my disappointment with them as I expect more out of Samsung in this regard.

Sorry to say that my next upgrade won't be a Samsung

Hello Members, I seeking help with my S8+? Harry Butler here in Australia.... Issue: during last evening, my S8+ died, battery failed, the local phone service tech say, whilst the phone was halfway through a reboot I believe. Unable to start or do anything with my S8+, they fitted a replacement battery...3500ah. They say unable to fix phone, all data on phone will be lost, even though I backup the phone using Samsung product...Question to Samsung: where do I go from here???

( learnt this Samsung backup process is a tad flawed maybe).
