What features have you found on the galaxy watch7 that your using that make it an everyday go to?

I got a GW4 (appolgies in advance for the invade) - but I personally prefer using the stopwatch / timer on it (rather than on the phone) especially when cooking or at the gym

I have GW4Classic and the reason I keep going back to these watches are: the ease of reading messages, emails and answering calls, health monitor, normal functions as a watch. But also the main fact that I get notified of anything via a vibrate as a notification. This is useful as I have to have my phone on silent at work so great way to keep up with everything that comes to your phone 😊
