Health devices

Apart from the Samsung Galaxy watch are there any other devices that are compatible with Samsung health

I want to get something that can measure body composition and put it into the chart.

For kids etc who I don't want to have a Galaxy watch.

I use the health connect app which essentially puts your health data into Google fit & Samsung health.
It works great, I have some data through health and some through fit and I get the results in both. Its a fre apo

I don't have Google Fit, what data goes into there?

The majority of health connected devices are compatible with google fit. Its the same as health.
My scales sync with fit and one heart monitor but I use Samsung health for all my interactions

This is interesting but basically means I have three apps to do this, which app would be your main one? For example both Google fit and health want to track activity

Either can be, the priority it's configurable. But they end up having all the same info. I actually end up looking at both as each has their good points.
This is how the health ecosystem is moving to be not locked in to on product but having the data available to all apps
Like sometime my heart rate is measured by my watch, sometimes with a standalone device and sometimes by my sleep tracker. All the data is able to be shared (due to health connect) to benefit the data set.

My scales measure 13 different body vitals and cost me no more than $40. And they are allll available in Samsung health because of health connect.
Once the device is setup in fit and the sync is setup it's zero interaction required.

I'd like scales that can do exactly that with family members, some Samsung some Google. So far I've found renpho the only one listed with direct compatibility. Perhaps meaning I don't need a 4th app?

Perhaps they are compatible with smart things now?
In the description it says so
