Just trying to see if anyone else has had a really poor experience at the Highpoint Samsung Store.

"I visited the store to drop off my phone for a warranty repair and had a very disappointing experience. Despite there being four staff members and no other customers for over 15 minutes, none of them attended to me. Instead, they were busy chatting among themselves. When I finally inquired, I was sent back and was informed that I needed to be on a waitlist before they could assist me. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating—it’s easier to get an appointment with a GP these days! Very poor customer service."

That's really sad to hear!

My experience was the total opposite. My wife and I went to browse the recently released generation of the flip (last year) and the sales rep noticed my wife's old flip4 had a damaged screen protector. He went and got it changed in 15 mins.

Not sure if there's been a change of staff since then

Typical customer service anywhere these days. The younger generations of today have no idea of quality customer service. Neither do half the businesses they work for as well.
