I am not the right person to answer this so won't try but note your post is unhelpful. Where were your posts stored?-Gallery? Did you delete them, how long ago? Explain.

Did you back them up via google drive or Microsoft onedrive

If you have not synced them with any cloud provider, you are not getting them back. Sorry to be so blunt.
