I have a 12kg washing machine that doesn't respond when I pressed the buttons to change tge water level or even starts when start button is pressed . What should I do pls. Thanks
Hi GA3105, you may have the Child Lock setting turned on by accident.
You can check the manual for exact instructions on how to turn that off. If you can't find the manual, you should be able to search it on the internet and a PDF version should be available for download.
Alternatively, you can unplug and plug your washer in as this can reset the buttons.
