I'm locked out of secure folder and reset password sends me to a blank screen

I forgot my password to Secure Folder and when I click on Reset Password, it sends me to this screen:

My phone is a Galaxy S10 and I am up to date and have full internet connection. Please help!

I think you would have to take this to a specialist or reach out to Samsung themselves. This is why alternative methods of authorisation must be set up.

Is there any way I can clear what's in secure folder without needing a password (e.g. uninstalling it from settings?)

No that won't be possible I am looking into work around right not but if everything fails I think the options is to turn to Samsung (with a verified proof of ownership like a receipt) or kali Linux os

SETTINGS > APPS > SECURE FOLDER > STORAGE > ERASE CACHE if anyone wants solution
