Keep getting error message to buy wallapaper and cloths for ar emoji

Hey everyone hope your all well , i need some help iv been trying to buy some clothes for the AR emoji thing and some wallapapers off the galaxy store but everytime I try an error comes up saying "something went wrong with galaxy store try again. Your credit card was declined by the card user or your credit card info couldn't be verified contact your credit card user for more info error b7019/p/01fya "  how do I fix this I am the card user and it's a debit card not a credit card can someone please help me I have no idea how to fix this

Hi @link25, that's odd. Are you able to remove and re-add you payment card to the Galaxy Store?

To do this:

Galaxy Store > Menu > Payment methods. 

If this does not resolve the issue, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
