If it is out of warranty, ask reddit/youtube. Could be a simple thing like flex cable or daughter board change.
If it's a car... Depends on the issue. mechanics aren't going to advice without looking at an issue in person. Diagnosis cost extra 😂 also depending on the issue it can be different mechanics: detailers, Service tech, auto electrician, auto locksmith, engine rebuiler, high voltage automotive mechanics,etc.
