Hi,

I did a trade in with Asurion yesterday for some headphones for $1 in order to get the $300 trade-in bonus. After applying promotional vouchers the S23 Ultra 512 came down to $1,306, I checked out and selected Paypal which dumped me back to the check out before I had logged in and paid. I then noticed the price in the cart had gone up to around $1,800. I attempted to add the Trade-ID back in and it came up and error that the Trade-ID had been used even though the transaction wasn't complete. I then frantically tried generating another code with the Trade-Up app, by which time it was after midnight on the 20/9 and the offer had expired.

I have screen shots of my cart and would like the price I had accepted to be honored. Can someone please email me a solution before I buy a Google Pixel instead.

To add salt to the wounds, Asurion have charged me twice for a $1 security deposit for a sale that wasn't completed. This seems to be a common issue, I have emailed Asurion, but don't expect a response any time soon.

I tried calling Samsung this morning and was told someone would call me back by close of business, no call. I am extremely disappointed with the experience to date, not a good way to retain loyal customers.

Please email me directly as I would like this resolved ASAP.

PD
