This is the 3rd post re: a missing order and delay of refund (Previous thread)

Last update was the 12th of Jan where the order was finally cancelled in the system (order placed 17/12/21). However, this has yet to trigger a refund. 

I received a call from customer care last week assuring me that the case was being dealt with, however there's been no follow up since and I've yet to receive a refund.

More time spent following up...absolute rubbish.

Hi @Jus-79, I am sorry to hear you are still awaiting for your refund. I have reached out to e-Commerce for an ETA of your refund and will get back to you when I receive a response.
