Notification sound issue

Hi, I am Uber driver. While being on call using samsung buds3 pro or samsung Z fold7 phone speaker, I am not receiving uber notification sound but able to see on screen, due to this issue I am missing uber trips if I am not looking at screen. If I am using iphone there's no issue like this. I am facing this issue with Samsung Z Fold 7. Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

I think it is an OneUI 8 and hopefully should be fixed in a patch update soon

No, it's with all Android mobiles. Checked with other drivers also..
