I preordered my phone on launch day on the 10th of Feb and I have not received any confirmation email . It's been 2 months since I paid and preordered the phone . At first my calls and chats were connecting and they would tell me ooh sorry for the issue but we can't do anything please call again . Now they don't even let me connect to chat or even the call . I am beyond frustrated and I have no idea what to do , can't even call for a refund amd I hear they take 30+ days to issue a refund as well . Can someone please help me out as to what am I supposed to do .

Hi @jimmyrizak, I suggest trying:

Settings > Advanced settings > S pen> air commands > 3 dots > reset S pen

Similar issue, but I ordered on the 12th at the experience store.

Good luck calling the store, and I went in today to ask "What The", and they blamed Samsung for not sending them stock 🤷

Further, others who ordered online in March already have theirs.

I got my leather case yesterday but that's about it . Idk what going on and now I hear the preorder gifts are out of stock too !!!
