DiscussionI ordered an S22 over 5 weeks ago and it's been stuck 'waiting for approval' that whole time. I've tried contacting Samsung by every means available, chat (3 time), emails (4 times), phone calls (6 times ~8hrs wasted). I can't get an answer on what's gone wrong with the order other than a generic statement saying there was an issue on the server backend when I placed my order. But that was weeks ago and it still hasn't been corrected.
When I search these forums I see numerous others that have had the exact same issue. What's going on?
I can't even get through to someone to cancel my order.
Why is it so hard to just buy a phone from a website?

DiscussionThanks for the response. Maybe I should have posted here earlier as my attempts via chat, email, phone all went nowhere. As it happens I just got off the phone requesting a cancellation of the order. It seems like even that is a problem as they couldn't cancel it via their normal process and have instead sent a request to some 'backend' team to process the cancellation for them. Apparently I will receive a cancellation confirmation email in 10 days!? I'll believe that when I see it.
oh and for what it's worth, apparently the order had been marked as needing verification. But no one from Samsung ever reached out me to confirm/verify the order. I also heard a similar statement on one of my previous calls to Samsung after sales support and they asked me to send an email verifying the order details (name, phone, email, address, order number etc), which I did. That was several weeks ago and the order never changed from 'waiting for approval'. Something is seriously broken with the Samsung ordering system for this to be occurring to so many people.

DiscussionSo it's been over 10 days since Samsung told me the order would be cancelled. Does anyone want to guess what has happened? That's right absolutely nothing! The order is still marked as "waiting for approval".
It's coming up to 2 months since the order was placed! Shame on you Samsung!!!
