Hi everyone
I know that my behaviour and not changing behaviours has been frustrating..... I am wondering if I could get advice about how to make peace with my past and suggest whether starting conversations with people may help fix this spiral. I am done in the stories I tell myself. Any help appreviated.

Hey Stu 👋 Your question's good, but maybe not the right place. Samsung's forum is mainly for tech stuff.
Try other social media sites, yeah?
And about letting go... meditation and exercise (indoors or out) might help. Keep busy and productive.
You're not alone, remember –the sun shines every day ALONE to brighten the world, never complains.

Hi Stu
Congrats on wanting to improve your behaviours and recognising that your community can help you.
May I suggest you make appointment with your GP they can refer you to a specialist to help and also get your hormones and everything checked.
And if you are employed then most businesses have an EAP contact that usually have at least 1 free session. Also check your bank and super fund website's they may have a couple of free counselling sessions that can help you.
For example Commbank
All I can say is go to the professionals and don't listen to a lot of the stuff online.
❤
Remember Let the tears flow the earth needs the water. Then be amazed as you look around at what that drop does. 😏

Hi People I've just bought the Samsung S25+ (512gb) but I'm wondering how do I know or am able to see that my phone actually does have 512gb of storage? How do I check?

Sorry Mate, I don't think this is the right place to go into your personal life. There are people out there that can really help you work with you to get you back on track. Social media is not the place to vent your personal information and problems. There are scum bags out there that will pray upon you and get what they can out of you.
