 How do I fix this? I have reset my phone and re added my Google account to my device and cleared data and cache when play services and the play store its self. I still get this.

Check connection and try possibly remove the Google account> Restart device >re-add google account.

Hey @technobyte, as it seems you have tried all troubleshooting steps I would recommend raising an error report through the Members App.

Hi Technobyte, I've got one more trouble shooting step I'd like you to try. Can you go into your settings and uninstall Playstore updates? To do this, go to:

 

Settings > Apps > ⋮ > Google Play Store > ⋮ > Uninstall updates.

 

Let me know how this goes.

Sometimes the updates for these apps are linked. If it is not Play Store, it could be stemming from a related app. Are you able to clear data and cache of the following apps: 

 

Google Play Service

Google Services Framework

Download manager

 

Settings > Apps > Find the above apps > Storage Clear cache

 

After you've done this, restart your phone and update the Play Store.
