DiscussionHey @technobyte, as it seems you have tried all troubleshooting steps I would recommend raising an error report through the Members App.

DiscussionHi Technobyte, I've got one more trouble shooting step I'd like you to try. Can you go into your settings and uninstall Playstore updates? To do this, go to:
Settings > Apps > ⋮ > Google Play Store > ⋮ > Uninstall updates.
Let me know how this goes.

DiscussionSometimes the updates for these apps are linked. If it is not Play Store, it could be stemming from a related app. Are you able to clear data and cache of the following apps:
Google Play Service
Google Services Framework
Download manager
Settings > Apps > Find the above apps > Storage > Clear cache
After you've done this, restart your phone and update the Play Store.
