I preordered samsung galaxy watch 7 ultra andbi received it but there is no preorder freebie "samsung free additional watch band" in delivery so i called Samsung ...what they said to me shocking me...it is subject to availability......i could not stop laughing myself.....such a big company like this cheating...not a joke.
