Restore internal storage

I deleted internal storage by mistake how do I restore internal storage of pictures and videos with out back ups or cloud I have no backed up in a year

Anything you do on your computer has the potential to overwrite your deleted material, including updates (pause them). It's important as pictures etc. are broken up and stored in segments linked by hard drive software.Stop. Go to another computer and use Google extensively.for data recovery software. If it is really important go professional and be prepared to pay.

Thanks I know I should be backing photos and videos up but it cost money we don't all way have. I didn't mean to delete internal storage video and photos I was trying to delet other files

If you accidentally deleted on a samsung phone, you can restore them in the recycle bin (as long as you have activated this)

The bin is activated but its not restoring any thing not sure why. And the photo and video was deleted when accidentally deleting internal storage
