Hi @Jaspar3magpie, can you go into Settings > Sounds and vibration > and check if your device is on mute, vibrate, or sound. If your device is set to sound but the ringtone is not coming through, are you able to go to:
Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Move the Ringtone slider up to increase the volume.
I've had that problem too that the sound is so low when ringing you cant hear it. Even tho max volume. Volume improves once call goes tho, but you dont know if its actually ringing to start with. Mine mainly outgoing calls tho.
A quick check you can do from home is look at whether your device has any dust that could be blocking the speaker. Occasionally, dust and dirt from bags and pockets can get into these crevices and cause lower volume.
