Just curious to see if you guys got any updates on your order status yet?
I've ordered an S22 Ultra 512GB Burgundy on 3rd March. My batch says will ship out on 10th March and is in "Preparing Dispatch" stage for 2 days.
Not complaining as I am aware of weather conditions, COVID and supply not meeting demand however the lack of communication from Samsung is kind of disappointing :(
Still to this day, no order confirmation or any delay messages, and live chats/calls are basically useless as no employee could reassure.
Hi @tamz96, we are experiencing delays as a result of the recent flooding. However, you should have received an order confirmation. Are you able to download the invoice from your 'Orders' section of the Online store?
No official order confirmation email but yes, I could download an invoice from my orders page. Invoice states Phone is still looking to ship 10.3 but my gifts has now changed to 31.3, whereas my orders page still says gifts shipping 10.3
Ordered S22 Ultra Sky Blue 512GB on 13 Feb. Status still on "Customising" (blinking) 2 days ago. The blinking, however, stopped, and no further change to the status. Any update?
I've read somewhere on a forum that a few people have received shipping information for exclusive colours. Hope you get it soon! Or at least earlier than me..
